Booking your photographer is one of the most important decisions you’ll make in your wedding planning. Good photographs become a time capsule of memories, instantly transporting you back to moments you might otherwise forget — the laughter, the glances, the little details.
It’s important to choose someone whose work you love — and who you enjoy being around — because I’ll be with you for most of the day, capturing your story as it naturally unfolds.

Photographers book quickly — popular dates often go 18–24 months in advance. Once you have your venue and officiant, securing your photographer at the same time ensures you get the coverage you want.
Bookings made within 12 months are possible, but availability will be limited — early planning is the easiest way to get the day you want.

Receive a quotation – I’ll send a full breakdown of coverage and any albums you might like.
Secure your date – A £200 non-refundable deposit confirms your booking. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding.
Contract & confirmation – Once the deposit is received, I’ll send a contract to sign. After that, your date is officially yours, and you can relax knowing your photographer is booked!
Payment can be made by card or bank transfer, whichever you prefer.
I never do hard-sell follow-ups — If you provide a mobile number, I’ll sometimes send a quick text to let you know when I’ve replied, just in case your email lands in a junk folder.
