The Moat House sits in the charming village of Acton Trussell, Staffordshire, just a few minutes from the M6 and with excellent transport links nearby. Its Grade II-listed manor house blends historic character with warm hospitality, all set beside calm water, mature trees and beautifully maintained grounds.
Couples are drawn to The Moat House for its variety of ceremony settings, from the Colin Lewis Suite with its twinkling fairy lights to the bright Orangery and the larger Acton Suite overlooking the canal and countryside. Outdoor ceremonies at the lakeside pergola are equally beautiful, while the famous horse chestnut tree lit with hundreds of fairy lights creates one of the most memorable evening backdrops in Staffordshire.
